The sunflower oil is produced from the selected raw material in accordance with the new technology. Before treatment the raw material is purged of foreign dirt and then dehulling and husking process take place. These processes are under a rigid control.

The squeezing machines are designed in such a way as not to effect the protein neither by thermal action nor by pressure. The protein persists native in the oilcake and amino acids don’t get into the oil.

The technology of receiving the oil by cool press permits to keep the active substances such as sterols and tocopherols.

This new method of combination of iodine with sunflower oil permits to keep all useful substances even by heating up to 180 C. At the same time iodinated sunflower oil doesn’t have the smell and taste of iodine.
