Tasting notes:

Attractive strawberry pink colour with hints of mauve. Refined and fresh, reminiscient of raspberry and strawberry on the nose. In the mouth, light, smooth, aromatic and lasting.

Vinification:

Selected rose wine from the black Tempranillo variety, macerated and devatted cold  at 18º with selected yeast.

Characteristics:

Appelation: D.O. La Mancha               

Geographical situation: Heart of the territory of Spain.

Soil: Chalky soils above clay.

Grapes Variety: 100% Tempranillo

Alcoholic degree: 11,5%
